About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses
Create and implement treatment plans
Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults
Provide excellent customer service for clients
Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings
Provide in-person and telehealth services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Valid, current Georgia clinical license: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
Experience with children, teens, and adults
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficiency with typical office technology, email, and Electronic Health Record systems
Ability to pass a background check
Must be open to working with all ages, 5+
Must be open to having some evening availability
Must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
On track to obtain licensure in the designated field
