Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate mental health diagnoses
Create and implement treatment plans
Maintain ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team
Use creative interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
Submit individual session documentation according to company guidelines
Practice across Lee's Summit, Independence, State Line, and North Oak locations

What you’ll need

Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
Active progress toward licensure
Active clinical license in Missouri: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation (preferred)
Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Comfort working with a diverse client base
Proficiency with standard office technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Training or certification in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, or Sand Tray Therapy is a plus, but not required
Ability to maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week
