About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build toward and maintain approximately 25 completed sessions per week
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
- Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, LPC, LSW, or ALMFT
- Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and dependable care
- Willingness to participate in caseload development
- Ability to complete required background screening
- Experience treating children is welcomed but not required
- Existing caseload or referral network is welcomed but not required
- Comfortable providing in-person services in Bannockburn and building toward approximately 25 completed sessions per week
