About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses
  • Create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing clinical documentation, DAs, treatment plans, and case notes
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling mental-health-care gaps
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clinical hours per week
  • Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Provide trauma-informed EMDR therapy and mental health services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the direction and growth of the clinic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Independently licensed clinician; LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Certified Social Worker licensure required
  • EMDR certified
  • Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Child-focused therapy preferred
  • Supervisor licensure is a plus
  • Passion for EMDR, DBT, CBT, PTSD, group therapy, couples therapy, psychotherapy, and related modalities/populations
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems
  • Minimum caseload of 25 clinical hours per week
  • Ability to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri before starting work
