About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LMFT
  • Active clinical license or on the path to licensure
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Familiarity with EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus
  • Passion for helping people heal and thrive
