About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess various mental health diagnoses
- Develop treatment plans
- Complete daily documentation

- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children and adolescents

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
- Minimum of 1–3 years of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Pre-Licensed (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A)
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
- Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation preferred
- Ability to work in-person or hybrid
- Complete all HIPAA training requirements
