About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of post-graduate experience working with couples and families in an outpatient setting
  • Pre-Licensed (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A)
  • Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation preferred
