Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a portfolio of NetSuite and related business systems engagements
Provide hands-on implementation support and own project plans and execution
Guide engagements across discovery, solution design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization
Support handoff of implemented projects to the Optimization/Ongoing Support practice
Manage project governance, decision rights, approval points, and client responsibilities
Lead or support implementation workstreams and recovery planning for at-risk engagements
Review solution designs, business process recommendations, configurations, integrations, data conversion, reporting, testing, cutover, and support transition plans
Ensure solutions align with client objectives, accounting requirements, operational processes, internal controls, scalability needs, and platform capabilities
Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, finance leaders, operational stakeholders, and project teams
Facilitate decisions on objectives, scope, priorities, roles, risks, and change impacts
Communicate project health, decisions, risks, financial status, and next steps
Manage escalations and advise clients on business process improvement and technology enablement
Oversee budgets, forecasts, utilization, billing readiness, margin, change control, and collection-related coordination
Review statements of work, proposals, estimates, assumptions, exclusions, engagement letters, and change orders
Develop Managers, Seniors, Associates, and other project team members through coaching, delegation, feedback, and increasing responsibility
Participate in staffing, performance discussions, recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and capability development
Contribute to implementation standards, reusable assets, knowledge sharing, certification planning, and continuous improvement
Identify follow-on opportunities and support discovery, solution shaping, demonstrations, proposals, scoping, estimating, and pursuit presentations
Maintain relationships with prospects, referral sources, alliance partners, and existing clients
Contribute to new offerings, market positioning, thought leadership, and growth strategies for NetSuite and the broader BSC practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, computer science, management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Substantial experience delivering ERP or financial systems consulting engagements, including responsibility for complex implementations and client outcomes
Demonstrated experience leading multiple NetSuite implementations through discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
Experience leading implementation teams and overseeing multiple concurrent engagements
Strong accounting and financial process knowledge, including financial statements, general ledger, transaction processing, and operational reporting
Ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, timelines, scope changes, risks, and executive client communications
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with third-party applications that integrate with ERP and financial systems
Active NetSuite certification, such as Administrator or ERP Consultant
Prior professional services or consulting experience
Business development experience, including discovery, scoping, estimating, proposal development, and expansion of existing client relationships (preferred but not required)
Experience with NetSuite SuiteProjects, Advanced Revenue Management, and Services Industries (preferred but not required)
