Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and execution of integrated, enterprise-level project plans
  • Establish governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making frameworks
  • Ensure alignment on scope, objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financials, and dependencies
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level technology projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing strategic guidance in addition to execution
  • Ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans and clear decision points
  • Ability to deliver a high-touch client experience with proactive communication and transparency
  • Ability to support change management, adoption, and organizational readiness
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience in technology transformation project management, consulting, or PMO environments preferred
