About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full scope of education content and Learning Management System operations during the circa 12-month maternity-cover contract
Work closely with the Director of Education Product Development
Design and build end-to-end learning experiences, including compelling narratives and clear learner outcomes
Build bespoke storyboards and learning modules for banking and financial-institution customers
Build e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs
Refresh, enhance, and evolve Elliptic Learn products to keep content accurate and current
Create learning materials ranging from knowledge delivery to immersive, scenario-based practical exercises
Develop product-based learning to support and certify users of blockchain analytics tools
Help develop role-specific learning journeys for traditional finance, crypto-native, and government segments
Own day-to-day operation of the Elliptic LMS
Enrol and onboard internal and external learners and troubleshoot issues
Support customers’ and learners’ overall learning experience through direct contact
Work with subject matter experts to shape content
Collaborate on content-marketing projects
Source, test, and deploy technologies to enhance the learner experience
Use AI tools such as Claude and ElevenLabs to optimise content creation, LMS workflows, and daily tasks
Identify opportunities to enhance the Elliptic Learn proposition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in end-to-end learning/instructional design, from storyboarding through to build and deployment
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Rise 360
Experience managing an LMS and associated learner experience, including enrolment, troubleshooting, and administration
B2B and B2C learning creation experience
Experience developing and deploying learning across multiple delivery channels
Comfortable collaborating with a broad range of teams and experts
Comfortable communicating directly with customers and learners, including in a front-of-house capacity
Confidence using design and AI-adjacent tools such as Canva and ElevenLabs, or equivalent
Comfortable using AI tools to support and speed up content and administrative tasks
Comfortable working autonomously within a small team and wearing multiple hats
Familiarity with crypto, crypto compliance, and/or blockchain analytics is a bonus
Experience with global audiences is a bonus
Experience with private-sector and government clients, particularly financial-crime and/or product training, is a bonus
Experience with LearnWorlds LMS, Articulate 360, and Canva is a bonus
Experience writing, sourcing, researching, or curating content is a bonus
