About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate sourcing strategies for assigned material categories, aligned with business stakeholders and project teams across regions
Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery performance, and commercial terms
Conduct Pixii RFQ processes, benchmark market prices, and perform should-cost analysis to identify and realize cost reduction opportunities
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with suppliers
Collaborate with R&D, product management, and quality functions on sourcing decisions for new product development and project requirements
Maintain accurate supplier databases, ECN, and ERP system daily operations for the sourcing function
Deliver annual savings targets and cost reduction initiatives
Manage supplier performance, quality metrics, contract coverage, commercial terms, supply continuity, and risk mitigation
Report to the Sourcing Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
2+ years of sourcing and procurement experience, ideally in the electronics, electrical, or industrial manufacturing sector
Experience with engineering projects, technical specifications, and supply chain contracting
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes
Project management experience is an advantage
Analytical and structured, with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels
Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships
Comfortable with frequent travel as required by the role
Fluent English, written and spoken
