About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the Kyriba practice and set its strategy, target industries, and differentiation
  • Lead Kyriba implementations and optimizations, including deployments, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Set technical standards for Kyriba environments, connectivity, APIs, ERP/GL integrations, and banking networks
  • Build tools, training, and playbooks for the Kyriba team
  • Represent Embark at Kyriba events, user groups, and industry forums
  • Build relationships with CFOs, treasurers, and finance leaders to generate engagements
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow Kyriba consultants
  • Partner with business development on proposals, RFPs, and engagement scoping

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep, hands-on Kyriba experience across cash and liquidity management, financial risk (FX, debt, and investments), payments, and connectivity
  • Experience integrating Kyriba with ERPs, GLs, and banking networks
  • Track record of building a practice or service line from the ground up
  • Real treasury and liquidity expertise, including cash forecasting, FX risk, and payment operations
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon employment offer
  • May be required to submit to ongoing drug screening and background checks dependent on client requirements
