About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop scalable, dynamic, and multidimensional solutions to elevate client business processes
- Support financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis
- Gather business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions
- Establish and nurture internal and external partnerships
- Identify business opportunities and foster long-term client networks
- Contribute to operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives
- Design, develop, and deliver Planning & Reporting dashboards using Pigment and Anaplan
- Address issues based on severity and collaborate with teams for timely resolution
- Learn new systems and processes to support evolving functions
- Engage in organizational initiatives to improve process maturity
- Ensure client and project team requirements are met and recommend superior solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in relevant EPM development or 3+ years in relevant FP&A modelling experience
- Hands-on experience with Model Builder, Developing, and Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience with Pigment, Workday Adaptive, TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce, and Snowflake
- Experience partnering with customers to drive business process improvements and implement proactive solutions
- Passion for new technologies and practices
- Ability to execute data modeling through an accounting and finance lens across diverse environments
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders from staff to executives
- Keen attention to detail and high sense of urgency
- Strong initiative and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer of employment
