About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical oversight for Behavior Services delivered through Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs

- Complete required plan reviews and signatures in accordance with applicable program requirements
- Review and sign plans and complete required documentation within established timeframes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified candidates must meet one of the following: Licensed Psychologist with an endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP); or at least 5 years of experience supervising BCs providing Behavioral Support Services (BSS) in HCBS settings and one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Must be licensed and located in Indiana
- Experience with Indiana Medicaid and HCBS programs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to review and sign plans and complete required documentation within established timeframes
