About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administration, user support, and ensuring the availability of IT systems and infrastructure
- Administration of the internal Active Directory environment
- Integration, continuous development, and optimization of existing systems
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Execution and support of internal and external IT projects
- Coordination of cooperation with external service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT, e.g. as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Administrator, or a degree in Computer Science
- Several years of experience supporting Microsoft operating systems (client and server), networks, and Office applications
- Proficiency with Citrix, virtualization, Microsoft Exchange and SQL Servers, and data security
- Knowledge of current IT developments
- Extensive experience with routers and related technologies (DNS, VPN, WLAN, VLAN, firewalls, NAT)
- Knowledge of IT security
- Strong communication skills
- Strong service and employee orientation
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good technical English
