About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administering IT systems and infrastructure, providing user support, and ensuring availability
- Administering the internal Active Directory environment
- Integrating, continuously developing, and optimizing existing systems
- Documenting and recording systems and activities
- Implementing and supporting internal and external IT projects
- Coordinating collaboration with external service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT, such as an IT specialist or IT systems administrator qualification, or a degree in computer science
- Several years of experience supporting Microsoft operating systems (client and server), networks, and Office applications
- Proficiency with Citrix, virtualization, Microsoft Exchange and SQL Servers, and data security
- Knowledge of current IT developments
- Extensive experience with routers and related technologies, including DNS, VPN, WLAN, VLAN, firewalls, and NAT
- Knowledge of IT security
- Strong communication skills
- Strong service and employee orientation
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good technical English
