About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives at Emerald AI
Coordinate software, infrastructure, and partner efforts to enable power-flexible AI data centers
Work across engineering, product, and operations
Bring up new deployments and integrate with data center and utility environments
Deliver coordinated programs with strategic partners such as NVIDIA
Align roadmaps across internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage dependencies and clarify evolving requirements, constraints, and timelines
Lead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
Break complex initiatives into workstreams, timelines, and dependencies
Translate requirements, constraints, and system designs across organizational boundaries
Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms
Identify and resolve cross-company risks, misalignments, and dependency gaps
Support partner integrations, deployments, and technical collaborations
Contribute to success metrics, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or similar cross-functional roles
Strong technical fluency, including architecture, systems, and tradeoffs
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to influence without authority
Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; startup experience strongly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
Preferred: background in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical operations
Preferred: experience with external partners, vendors, or ecosystem stakeholders on technical programs
Preferred: experience with AI infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems, including compute, networking, and/or power constraints
