About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure completeness, quality, and integrity of clinical data in the database
  • Perform or oversee data management document development
  • Perform database UAT and QC activities
  • Organize and perform data review and query management activities
  • Review local laboratory normal ranges and contact the study team regarding issues
  • Perform SAE reconciliation and external data reconciliation
  • Generate data status reports
  • Perform data quality control
  • Archive data management documentation
  • Contribute to SOP, process, and system enhancements
  • Create and maintain eCRF specifications and Data Validation Plans with guidance
  • Create and maintain data management documentation, including Data Management Plans, eCRF completion guidelines, and SAE reconciliation plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical, Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Management in Pharma or CRO setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient in conferencing software such as WebEx, ZOOM, Lync, etc.
  • Experience in one or more EDC platforms, such as Medidata Rave, IBM Clinical, Mobile MD, etc.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English, written and verbal
  • Understanding of ICH-GCP, local regulatory authority regulations, company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and processes
