About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business projects focused on cost savings, revenue opportunities, and operational improvement
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts
- Translate financial results into actionable insights for strategic and operational planning
- Partner with corporate and facility leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Assess key performance indicators and operational measures to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze inventory and operating data to determine stock levels and maintenance needs
- Compile, prepare, analyze, and present operational, financial, inventory, and sales information
- Extract data from ERP systems and business applications and organize it into useful formats
- Apply analysis findings to strategy development and business decisions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance drivers
- Recommend actions supporting revenue optimization
- Pull and interpret reports from CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Prepare and deliver presentations on operational topics to small and large audiences
- Coordinate with the Senior Business Analyst and leaders across corporate and facility operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field required
- At least 1+ year of relevant experience in business analysis, financial analysis, operations analysis, or a related discipline required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases
- Ability to navigate ERP systems, extract relevant data, and transform information into decision-ready analysis
- Ability to analyze CRM and sales information and identify trends, performance drivers, and business opportunities
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, key performance indicators, and operational performance analysis
- Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to small and large groups
- Ability to build productive working relationships with corporate and facility leaders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information
- Ability to adapt to feedback and changes in the work environment
