About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and manage the organization’s billing processes based on the terms of commercial contracts agreed with clients, from pre-billing through the issuance of electronic service invoices (NFS-e)
- Prepare gross revenue management reports for the Executive Board
- Perform tax reconciliations
- Monitor and control inventory stored in the warehouse and DDR
- Control commercial space utilization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in billing, preferably in the services sector
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Protheus or SAP ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
