About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns for enterprise, subsidiary, and e-commerce goals
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, creative brainstorming, messaging development, copywriting, and content planning
  • Create, coordinate, write, and manage content for email, SMS, social media, internal communications, promotional materials, e-commerce initiatives, and public relations
  • Build and execute campaign assets in marketing technology platforms
  • Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines and ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved, and deployed on schedule
  • Partner with design and operational teams to keep campaigns cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives
  • Support product launches, employee-owner engagement, company announcements, recruitment marketing, and strategic communications
  • Establish campaign objectives, metrics, and KPIs
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance across channels
  • Conduct audience, market, and competitor research
  • Track engagement, optimize performance, and improve audience targeting using marketing and communications technology
  • Prepare campaign recaps and recommendations
  • Support marketing events, promotional initiatives, employee-owner campaigns, community sponsorships, and brand activations
  • Develop, write, and edit event communications
  • Coordinate pre-event, event-day, and post-event communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or campaign management experience
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with social and digital communication tactics
  • Strong organization, process management, proofreading, and error-checking skills
  • Collaboration, multitasking, analytical thinking, and self-starting abilities
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Ability to distill complex topics into layman's terms
  • Experience with marketing analytics and campaign KPIs
  • Ability to evaluate tools, channels, and platforms for effectiveness
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects with tight deadlines across various teams and minimal supervision
  • Ability to respond to inquiries with urgency and resolve issues quickly
  • Ability to resolve media issues and crisis situations
  • Experience conducting media training for executives and operational leaders
  • Ability to manage relationships, workflow, and budgets
  • Some regional travel availability, including overnight stays
  • Familiarity with A/E/C or civil construction industry is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Monday, Sprout, Figma, Brevo, or Cision is a bonus
  • Spanish writing or content quality-control ability is a bonus
