About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with stringless paving projects, including field work, data collection, and quality control
  • Work with surveying staff and project managers to develop accurate paving designs and plans
  • Maintain and calibrate stringless paving equipment, including Topcon and Trimble systems
  • Perform quality control checks on completed paving work
  • Assist with recordkeeping and project documentation
  • Travel regularly to job sites throughout Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field; LSIT certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in stringless paving, surveying, or a related field
  • Knowledge of stringless paving technology and software, including Leica and Trimble systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the region
