About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage own projects in ecommerce operations in an ecommerce market
- Link operations teams—including customer service, warehouse, delivery, and planning—with an ecommerce market team
- Centralize information and ensure a smooth supply chain
- Investigate, escalate, and follow through on operational issues until resolved
- Monitor customer experience metrics including NPS, return rates, and Trustpilot
- Monitor operations metrics including stock health, OTIF, and forecast accuracy
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Regularly report customer experience and operations performance internally
- Receive support from a senior team member for professional and personal development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Internship starts on 1st of January 2027
- Studying or graduated in business administration, media management, or a related university program
- Strong business sense or first practical working experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to take on responsibility and work independently
- Available for at least 6 months
- Fluent in English and Italian
