About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the communications right hand to C-level leaders on ad-hoc and recurring internal messaging
  • Translate strategic decisions into clear, structured, and cascaded communication across the organization
  • Manage Emma's internal communication across Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Mexico City
  • Ensure communication is accurate and considers informational and emotional impact
  • Drive structure and execution across internal communications initiatives
  • Own and improve key communication formats and channels, such as Emma's Global All Hands
  • Own the people survey from design through communication of results
  • Identify themes and patterns in qualitative feedback
  • Report to the Head of Culture
  • Partner with C-level leaders to translate strategic intent into clear, cascaded communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in an international environment where you owned structured communication or information management
  • Proven track record of working directly with C-level stakeholders, drafting on their behalf, managing their messaging, and earning their trust
  • Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear, actionable steps
  • Systems and structure-oriented thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional language is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
