About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and optimize partner relationships in the country
Develop and expand the influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility
Recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels
Ensure strong brand fit and create engaging content that drives customer action and conversion
Negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value
Analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Own and grow influencer marketing revenue month-on-month
Work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies to align with business goals and maintain a high-performing partner ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English
Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage
Collaborative skills and a creative mind
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects
Structured and organized
Great stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
Hands-on approach and ability to take complete ownership of channels
