About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire demand planners, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship
- Own Emma’s S&OP process and analyze sales data and stakeholder insights
- Collaborate with country teams, marketing, and operations to ensure customer insights drive forecasts
- Partner with Supply Planning to align demand and supply plans and manage inventory levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and external factors affecting demand planning; adjust forecasts as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in demand planning and S&OP processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of forecasting tools and methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across teams
- Top-notch English skills
