About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the hiring process for employees across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling
  • Learn to use the ATS and other resources in an optimized way to improve recruiting KPIs, process quality, and candidate experience
  • Learn to assess candidates and their fit for roles based on profiles and interview performance
  • Progressively manage end-to-end processes for internship roles and gain a deeper understanding of hiring at Emma
  • Receive training to become a trusted interviewer for internship roles across commercial, operational, and product teams
  • Cooperate within a multicultural team and with a variety of senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Available to start 1st of November 2026
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly Excel
  • Critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks
  • People-oriented and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to create structure, with strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientation
  • Currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
