About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries, detailed balance sheet reconciliations, reserves, and supporting schedules
- Apply technical knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, fixed assets management, and prepaids/accruals
- Oversee accounts payable processes, vendor payment tracking, and expense workflows
- Identify and optimize accounting processes using AI and automation tools
- Drive accounting projects including system implementations, capitalization of intangible assets, and internal control enhancements
- Partner with Finance leadership on business metrics, financial analysis, and data-driven decisions
- Report directly to the Director of Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- CPA qualification (CPA certified)
- Big 4 background required
- Strong technical expertise in US GAAP
- High level of curiosity, ambition, and a "can-do" approach with strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
- High execution capability
- Tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for modern finance tools and AI technologies
- Fluent English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in a tech company or a global, fast-paced environment (nice to have)
- Experience with ERP systems and modern cloud-based finance tools (nice to have)
