About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process work order requests made by Administrators
  • Learn and maintain working knowledge of EF Operations procedures
  • Review and update the status of all assigned daily work requests
  • Send follow-up emails on pending requests
  • Enter notes for work requests that may have issues or are overdue
  • Process annual contributions, fund transfers, payroll/source/trading corrections, and answer participant and plan sponsor questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Expert understanding of department processes, procedures, and standards
  • Ability to interact cordially and productively with all company employees
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to use general office equipment, including computer keyboard by touch, voice mail system, copy machine, and printers
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with and among employees
  • Effective communication skills with ability to handle difficult people or situations
  • General business, accounting, or finance degree preferred
  • Five years related work experience and accounting classes may be substituted for degree
  • Prior experience with Relius or similar software is a plus
