About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process transactions and perform back-end operations for US retirement plans (401(k) recordkeeping)
  • Ensure accuracy of processed transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • 0–2 years’ experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email, Adobe, Chrome/Internet Explorer
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical ability in solving business and technical problems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate organization and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to collaborate and develop relationships with peers and management
  • Open to core night shifts based on business requirements
