About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide routine operational support for Employee Stock Plan Services using the ESPS platform
- Support administration, accounting, and reporting of equity compensation plans, including stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, and cap table equity management
- Log, track, and update service requests in the case/ticketing system
- Perform data entry and maintenance in the ESPS platform, including participant updates, award/transaction uploads, release pre-processing, and plan parameter updates
- Run standard reports and distribute outputs according to documented client procedures
- Support routine transaction and report reconciliations and escalate variances
- Prepare and maintain client-facing and internal documentation
- Assist with period-end support by compiling inputs, validating completeness, and confirming delivery timelines
- Coordinate with operations, technology, and other internal stakeholders to resolve standard processing items
- Participate in ongoing training on equity compensation concepts, plan operations, and ESPS functionality
- Follow established controls, procedures, and service standards for accurate, compliant, and timely execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma
- 0–1 years’ experience in financial services or compensation industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures consistently
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and system workflows; ability to learn new software tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Ability to manage routine tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized work records
- Ability to identify issues, document findings, and escalate appropriately
- FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is not available
