About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Comprehend project goals and requirements and identify gaps, omissions, testing challenges, and impediments
- Develop and implement quality control systems
- Conduct inspections and rigorous testing and analysis
- Drive automation initiatives
- Collaborate with development, business, and cross-functional teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- 4 to 6 years of software testing experience
- Strong QA background in manual/functional testing
- Expertise in scripting languages and logical implementations
- Hands-on experience in automation, frameworks, and tools
- Exposure to Security & Performance testing preferred
- Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle queries
- Experience preparing test plan and strategy documents
- Ability to gather and understand requirements
- Experience writing test cases
- Good experience in Web services testing
- Understanding of formal software test design techniques
- Ability to follow QA processes and standards
- Experience in Functional Testing, End-to-End, Regression, and Smoke Testing
- Experience with defect management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to manage conflicts, increase productivity, hire, and grow talent
