About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead RFPs, RFIs, pricing requests, and other sales opportunities from initial evaluation through close
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors and internal teams to develop competitive proposals, pricing, and tailored solutions
- Support Stable Value Investment Only sales, including General Account, Custom Stable Value, and VEBA Stable Value products
- Coordinate and participate in finalist presentations, site visits, and prospect meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with retirement plan intermediaries and respond to inquiries
- Maintain opportunity and sales activity information in Salesforce, including win/loss outcomes
- Communicate opportunity progress and results to senior management and key stakeholders
- Support sales-related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 3–5 years of business experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations and applicable insurance licensing within corporate-established timelines
- FINRA Fingerprinting required
- Knowledge of the retirement plan services industry and experience working with intermediaries
- Financial services sales or service experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to travel as needed
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace with limited disruption
- Reliable connectivity via fiber, cable, or DSL internet
