Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline

- Deep expertise in experimentation design and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategy without formal authority
- Strong executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs
- Master’s degree preferred
