Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver strategic recruiting support
Support high-volume hiring within financial services teams
Guide leaders through sourcing, assessment, and selection for professional and management roles
Partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and market trends
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer
Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing
Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards to support consistent selection decisions
Coach hiring leaders on unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing
Monitor and engage on employment-focused social media sites and job boards
Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
Share recruiting best practices and market insights with the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting high volume professional or financial services roles
Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies
Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
