About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support platform roadmaps, including feature definition, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery
  • Translate business and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
  • Define requirements for data pipelines, decisioning policies, experiments, lead allocation, logging, data contracts, and SLAs
  • Partner with engineering, machine learning, and data teams to plan and deliver platform capabilities
  • Manage product backlogs and coordinate Agile activities, including sprint planning, refinement, and releases
  • Collaborate with senior product managers to evaluate technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks
  • Support platform governance, documentation, versioning, approvals, and compliance processes
  • Monitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption through KPIs, SLOs, and operational metrics
  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support platform enhancements, integrations, migrations, and technical improvements
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in technical or platform-focused roles
  • Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment
  • Experience supporting technical roadmaps, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to develop technical specifications and evaluate code, data contracts, and system tradeoffs
  • Working knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and execute within an established product strategy
