About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Provide information about services, scheduling, and billing
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Support route planning for mobile dental teams
- Address patient and caregiver concerns and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
- Educate patients about mobile dental care
- Handle insurance inquiries and assist with payment processing
- Improve customer care processes and patient experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with medical/dental terminology is a plus
- Availability for Monday–Friday schedules during 11a–8p EST, 10a–7p CST, or 8a–5p PST
