About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making
Identify trends, patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models
Measure operational and financial performance
Translate analytical findings into executive-ready summaries and presentations
Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Query, manipulate, join, transform, and prepare datasets using SQL and other tools
Build and maintain structured datasets and validate data integrity
Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data Management teams
Ensure analysis accuracy and reliability through validation and quality checks
Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and alignment
Support continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring
Stay current with analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field required
5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required
3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare terminology, including CPT codes, DRG, claims, and inpatient/outpatient concepts
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred
Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code
Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience writing SQL queries
Timely and regular attendance
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to audiences with varying technical expertise
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy, validation, and quality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and independent ownership of work
Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently
Accountability for deliverables and outcomes
