About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models
Measure operational and financial performance
Translate analytical findings into executive-ready summaries and presentations
Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Query, manipulate, transform, and prepare data using SQL and other tools
Build and maintain structured datasets, join tables, and validate data integrity
Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data Management teams
Identify root causes and recommend practical, data-backed solutions
Perform validation and quality checks to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability
Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Support continuous improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring
Stay current with analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or another related field required
5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required
3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare terminology, including CPT codes, DRG, claims, and inpatient/outpatient concepts
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred
Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
3 years of experience integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code
Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience writing SQL queries
Timely and regular attendance
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to audiences with varying technical expertise
High attention to detail, accuracy, validation, and quality of work
Organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities
Problem-solving ability and capacity to independently drive work to completion
Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently
Ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes
