About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate throughout the client lifecycle, including sales, implementations, project go-lives, business reviews, and cross-sell identification
  • Oversee client success activities for designated clients
  • Coordinate with EnableComp leadership to execute duties professionally and timely
  • Serve as an ambassador for a fast-paced, detail-oriented, supportive team
  • Manage KPI metrics, customer surveys, scoring, and client retention goals
  • Track client performance goals and conduct regular status and progress reviews
  • Highlight EnableComp’s value proposition and ROI across product lines
  • Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly client reporting packages
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client-specific strategies, action plans, issue resolution, revenue maximization, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work with IT and Product Support on file corrections, updates, and automation
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and conference calls
  • Develop agendas, presentation materials, meeting summaries, and deliverables
  • Assist with implementation rollouts and manage post-implementation client deliverables
  • Manage client obligations and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Participate in internal client account review meetings
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or other related field of study
  • 7–10 years of demonstrated experience in account management in the healthcare technology industry, specifically engaging hospital revenue cycle management
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to use MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective professional presentation skills for communicating analytics, results, and ROI
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal departments and leaders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing stressful situations and difficult conversations, communicating challenges, and developing action plans
  • Consultative relationship style and positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and adapt flexibly
