About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and sustain policies and processes supporting contract rate customers and harmonized services
  • Partner with account managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Connect engineering, operations, and sales teams to promote consistent policy and procedure interpretation and application
  • Lead policy sustainment activities and information sessions
  • Develop supporting procedures and training materials
  • Coordinate customer and employee communications, including newsletters, meeting materials, publication schedules, and website content
  • Monitor regulatory developments and serve as a resource for policy- and process-related questions
  • Investigate and help resolve technical and operational issues arising from policy and procedure changes
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, construction, and capacity planning teams
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare communications and training materials, maintain digital resources, and respond to policy, technical, or operational questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least four years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and supporting organizational change
  • Sound analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to investigate issues, evaluate information, and recommend practical solutions
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working experience using Power BI and Copilot
  • Experience supporting contract customers or working within a utility or government environment is an asset
  • Experience in gas management services, gas supply, capacity planning, policy and procedure development, or project management is an asset
  • Project management professional designation is an advantage
  • Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
