About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials in a complex enterprise environment
- Support General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Subledger Accounting, and related reporting solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers on operational support, projects, enhancements, and system changes
- Manage operational incidents, service requests, break-fix activities, and problem management processes
- Monitor incident and service request queues and coordinate resolution activities according to service-level expectations
- Analyze business and system requirements and support solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with integrations, security, reporting, infrastructure, and application support teams
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities to improve processes, functionality, efficiency, and user experience
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, application patching, release management, and operational readiness
- Coordinate System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production validation
- Provide assistance to business users during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processing
- Assess impacts of business process changes on integrated systems and participate in solution design reviews
- Maintain system documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Financials functional analyst, business systems analyst, or in a similar enterprise application role
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials in a complex enterprise environment
- Functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Subledger Accounting
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial processing, and period-end close activities
- Experience analyzing business requirements and supporting application configuration, testing, deployment, and production validation
- Experience working with application maintenance service providers, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams
- Ability to understand business process flows, system integrations, and data movement across applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to participate in multidisciplinary meetings, technical reviews, and knowledge-transfer activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within established timelines and strict deadlines
- Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
