About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and five Project Managers
  • Track upcoming deliverables and ensure pipeline right-of-way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan progress according to plan
  • Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings
  • Serve as a single point of contact for Project Managers on Core Programs initiatives
  • Populate and maintain project organizational and compliance systems, including Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, and Oracle
  • Coordinate project closeouts with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands, and finance stakeholders
  • Track and resolve stakeholder requests, including third-party access to Enbridge systems
  • Prepare and distribute presentations and reports to departments, companies, and agencies
  • Travel less than 10% to other Enbridge offices and remote field construction jobsites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field
  • 4 or more years of relevant project experience, or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office software tools
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI is an asset
  • Motivated self-starter with strong people skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to predict obstacles, challenges, and risks and determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States
  • Valid passport required
  • Valid driver's license and responsible driving record required
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without current or future employment-based sponsorship
  • Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
