Key responsibilities & impact

Own the conception and further development of the multi-use MVP through to market readiness
Conduct product discovery, user research, and market and competitive analyses
Validate new product ideas and features based on user feedback and data
Develop product concepts for the energy market that are both regulatory-compliant and technically viable
Select and coordinate external partners to further develop the product
Manage stakeholders across Business, Operations, Sales, external partners, and Engineering
Actively shape the product strategy and help establish a product-driven way of working

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B environment
In-depth industry knowledge of the energy, infrastructure, or BESS sectors
Understanding of regulatory and market conditions
Proven experience taking a product or MVP through to market readiness
Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and data-driven decision-making
Startup experience is a plus
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
