About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage battery storage projects in the commercial and industrial sectors
- Coordinate specialist planners, grid operators, EPC contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Support installation, certification, and handover to operations
- Review and validate technical documentation, including SLDs, grid connection documentation, and protection concepts
- Take responsibility for project documentation, reporting, and follow-up
- Assume operational project responsibility from technical planning through implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or business-and-technical education, such as electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- Experience managing technical energy projects, ideally in photovoltaics, battery storage, or infrastructure
- Understanding of grid connections, electrical systems, and certification processes
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- German proficiency at least at C1 level
