About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support assigned institutions through the planning, execution, and optimization of enrollment marketing campaigns and communication strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions through proactive communication and collaboration
  • Analyze institutional enrollment goals, current marketing efforts, and opportunities to support strategic recommendations
  • Translate institutional needs into actionable marketing plans aligned with enrollment objectives
  • Contribute to renewal conversations and identify additional solutions or services aligned with institutional goals
  • Coordinate student search strategy, prospect segmentation, and purchase planning with Enrollment Services
  • Develop and implement electronic and print communication plans with the creative team
  • Support digital marketing through campaign coordination, execution support, and performance monitoring
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver projects accurately and on schedule
  • Contribute to complex, multi-channel enrollment marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and enrollment metrics, identify trends, and recommend adjustments
  • Prepare and deliver client reporting, campaign summaries, strategic updates, and performance insights
  • Incorporate enrollment consulting, market research, and data analysis into campaign recommendations
  • Optimize student search, communications, digital marketing, and prospect engagement activities
  • Lead client presentations, training sessions, and strategic discussions as needed
  • Support internal alignment around client goals, campaign priorities, and project execution
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and best-practice development
  • Participate in professional development in enrollment marketing strategy, communications, and analytics
  • Within 1 month: understand department structure and observe client engagements
  • Within 3 months: participate in client-facing solutions and internal cross-functional teams
  • Within 6 months: assume responsibility for assigned clients and manage ongoing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership in a marketing services capacity, preferably in an Office of Admissions, Enrollment Management, or Higher Education setting
  • Experience designing and executing complex, goal-oriented marketing campaigns and/or recruitment strategies
  • Ability to understand and communicate multifaceted data and outcomes
  • Prior involvement in strategic student search purchasing and execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting concepts to large audiences
  • Knowledge of CRM and other admissions technologies preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and presentation software
  • Strong interpersonal skills while fostering honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Successful candidates must complete and pass CLEAR™ identity verification as part of pre-employment screening
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
