About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support HR with full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Post open positions and review resumes
  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Set up interviews for the hiring team
  • Manage recruiting processes with LinkedIn Recruiter and other career site platforms
  • Maintain the candidate interview process using Greenhouse
  • Gather interview availability from candidates and internal managers
  • Arrange candidate travel, including flights, transportation, and lodging
  • Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Work directly with the Director of Talent and partner with external recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is required
  • At least 5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting, including initial candidate screening interviews via video or phone
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required
  • Experience with Greenhouse preferred
  • Experience handling communications over multiple time zones preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
  • Polished and professional oral and written communication style
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve administrative issues
  • Self-directed, able to meet deadlines, make decisions, and manage time well
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and receptiveness to constructive feedback
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Comfortable with change and eager to learn
