About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Educate customers and developers about Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security
Become the go-to expert and evangelist for the supply chain security product suite
Deliver tailored, solution-oriented product demonstrations
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions addressing customer challenges
Provide field insights to influence product development
Guide customers through onboarding and facilitate adoption of the Endor Labs solution
Help customers achieve their security and development objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing, technical role
Experience with technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and leading evaluations
Understanding of modern software development practices
Backend or full-stack development experience
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Git-based development workflows
Experience with DevOps tooling
Familiarity with application security concepts, software supply chain security, and/or identity & access management principles
Understanding of Developer, DevOps, Application Security, and open-source ecosystems
Programming skills
Experience engaging with technical enterprise customers
Ability to articulate complex solutions and operate in a sales cycle
