About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
  • Develop documentation and recommendations for operational efficiency
  • Support process improvements and workflow optimizations across EDA program operations
  • Support transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record
  • Align program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks
  • Support mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support governance alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business process engineering
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization
  • Experience developing requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation
  • Experience aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks
  • Experience supporting DoD Program of Record transitions
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders and developing documentation
  • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and JCIDS processes
  • Proficiency in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability documentation
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to support program transitions and governance alignment
  • No clearance required for off-site duty location, or ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program
  • Lean Six Certification, PMP, KM Certification, and CBAP are preferred but not required
