About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and deliver the APAC and Middle East marketing plan
  • Focus activity and investment on priority markets, customers and growth opportunities
  • Localise and deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars and account-based marketing
  • Work with Product and Corporate Marketing
  • Plan and execute field marketing programmes, including industry events, executive briefings, customer workshops and roadshows
  • Partner with sales teams on strategic accounts, pipeline development and opportunity acceleration
  • Tailor marketing activity to local market needs
  • Build partner and channel marketing programmes, including co-marketing initiatives and partner engagement
  • Manage budgets and suppliers
  • Report on campaigns using CRM and analytics to measure outcomes and improve performance
  • Translate business priorities into practical, measurable marketing programmes
  • Shape the regional plan and oversee delivery from initial brief to results
  • Report to the VP of Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-12 years' B2B marketing experience, including ownership of regional, field or demand-generation programmes
  • Evidence of delivering multi-market campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Ability to work with senior sales leaders to turn commercial priorities into marketing activity
  • Hands-on expertise across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events, budgets and reporting
  • Confidence using CRM, marketing automation and analytics to measure and improve performance
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • International working style and willingness to travel as required
  • A qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • Direct experience with a telecom security or cybersecurity vendor, especially one serving telecommunications operators or communications service providers
  • Regional marketing experience across APAC or the Middle East, including partner, channel or account-based marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot or HubSpot and associated reporting tools
